Having a small business, I wear many hats and I want to spend as much time as possible on my key differentiators: making wine and servicing customers. I don't want to spend time on back office financial processes like reconciliation which when done "manually" can take a lot of time and be very frustrating. I have been using QuickBooks reconciliation integrated with QuickBooks Payments for over five years, finding that it minimizes my frustration and greatly reduces the time I have to spend on back office tasks. Even if QB Payments doesn't have the lowest rates, the ability to do quick and easy reconciliation pays for itself.
This system makes receiving payments hassle free. My customers have the option to pay online which is very convenient. My customers tell me it's very simple to use.

As a General and Landscape Contractor serving a large area GoPayment has enabled me to collect deposits on jobs and keep CASH FLOW going. Estimates are generated with QuickBooks and emailed to clients and deposits made via credit card all accounted for flawlessly. My lack of 5 stars was only because funding to my account can take up to 48-72 hours dependent on the time the credit card is run through. AND because a solution for the "free" credit card reader on my iPhone using an Otter Box protective case has not been worked out yet.
I was absolutely pleased with the GoPayment option! We used it at a trade show, and it changed the way we did business! Much more streamlined, quicker transactions, and happier customers! The only thing I wish is that there was a way to accept cash payments and send a receipt the same way as a credit card. Otherwise, very pleased.
Collectability has increased since using QB payment! Very pleased with this service and my customers are, too!
Using Intuit GoPayment has been a valuable asset to our company. We are a sole proprietorship and, as such, need to keep our overhead low to compete. Intuit GoPayment is the perfect companion to QuickBooks Online. Seamless integration and ease of use make running our business a joy!
The system is easy to use and a perfect blend with QuickBooks Online. We used a third party processor and had to do a tremendous amount of extra work that this system now does for us.
